I graduated from Belmont, had a brief stint in the music business and got into real estate in 1987 and have been in real estate sales and management ever since that time. I enjoy good food, good wine and good company.

I specialize in the urban areas of Nashville and surrounding areas in Middle Tennessee, and it would be my honor to help you find your Music City dream home.

I work with clients to assist them to buy and sell real estate whether itโ€™s be their personal residence or investment properties so they can maximize their real estate opportunities and help them transition into the different season of their lives.

I have a wide variety of expertise in the business having worked on site new construction and eventually into management where I the managing broker of a real estate office. I have listed and sold property all of the greater Nashville area.

In 2009 had the honor of elected to be the president of the Greater Nashville Association of Realtor representing over 3000 of our members as the spokesperson for our organization I moved to Nashville in 1982 to attend Belmont University.

I live in the Belmont/12 South area of Nashville and love the proximity to downtown.

Hereโ€™s whatโ€™s happening right now in the Greater Nashville area (Davidson, Williamson, Rutherford, Sumner, Wilson, Maury, Cheatham, Dickson, and Robertson counties):
๐Ÿ”น Average Days on Market: 38 days โ†—๏ธ +26% YoY Homes are moving noticeably faster than last year!
๐Ÿ”น Median Sales Price: $469,000 โ†”๏ธ Flat (0% change YoY) Prices are holding steady despite the seasonal slowdown.
๐Ÿ”น Active Listings: 11,101 โ†—๏ธ +22% YoY More choices for buyers than weโ€™ve seen in recent years!
๐Ÿ”น Pending Sales: 4,341 โ†˜๏ธ -5% YoY ๐Ÿ”น Closed Sales: 2,150 โ†˜๏ธ -15% YoY Typical November slowdown, but the drop in closings is larger than usual.
The Bottom Line: Inventory is up significantly, homes are selling faster than last November, and prices remain stable at ~$469K. Buyers have more options and slightly less competition heading into the holidays, while sellers who price right are still seeing relatively quick sales.
