Palmer is courting buyers for the massive Midtown site, according to multiple real estate sources. It’s a signal that the beleaguered developer may yield control of the twin-tower West End Summit project that’s been on the drawing board for more than a decade. It’s unclear whether Palmer would maintain a stake in the West End project.
